After considerable deliberations, Alaf law firm has agreed in cooperation with Sulaimaniyah Chamber of Commerce to open the first ever Arbitration Centre in Kurdistan Region (Sulaimaniyah), under the name of "Sulaymaniyah Arbitration Centre". The Arbitration Centre will have direct link to Sulaimaniyah Chamber of Commerce, which the processing/managing of the Centre will be through Alaf law firm.
Furthermore, the announcement of the Centre has already been agreed and underway, and in the near future the completion of the Contract in regards to the management of the Arbitration Centre will be signed between Alaf law firm and Sulaimaniyah Chamber of Commerce.
Alaf law firm sees the above mentioned opportunity as a big step in the right direction for the future of our legal system within Kurdistan Region and a great leap for the city of Sulaimaniyah for hosting such a significant Centre.
